      My KEEP doesn't have a serial number printed on the bottom label, how can I get it?

      Not seeing a serial number printed on the bottom of your KEEP? No problem!

      To obtain your device's serial number, please follow these steps:

      1. Carefully flip your KEEP upside down (make sure to remove any items you don't want to be tossed around beforehand).
      2. Open the camera app on your phone and scan the QR code located on the bottom of your KEEP.
      3. Tap on the link that appears after scanning.
      4. Your KEEP's serial number will be displayed in the top left corner of the browser page.
