# How do I connect to the KEEP?

Getting started with your KEEP is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Place the device on a level surface after unboxing. Please do not try to force it open, as this may break your KEEP permanently!
2. Connect your device to a power supply using the provided USB-C cable.
3. Wait for the screen to display 'SET UP' (This may take up to ten minutes).
4. Download the KEEP app from the to the [Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/keep-health/id1659711148) or the [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keeplabs.app) by clicking the provided link, or searching for 'KEEP Health' in your app store
5. Create an account and follow the in-app instructions to connect your device to Wi-Fi and pair it with the app via Bluetooth.
6. Enjoy your KEEP!
