How do I know what version of the app is installed on my phone?

When assisting you with troubleshooting, it's helpful for us to know the version of the app you're currently using. To find out your app version, just follow these steps:

1. Tap on the gear icon located in the bottom right corner of the app
2. You'll find the app version displayed beneath the 'Sign Out' button
