Forgot your login email or password? Don't worry, we've got a solution for each:
For the login email, if you can't remember which one you used, kindly email us at support@discoverkeep.com with your name, and we'll gladly assist you.
If you forgot your password, follow these simple steps:
- Open the KEEP app and press 'SIGN IN'
- Press 'FORGOT PASSWORD?', then enter your email and press "RESET PASSWORD"
- Check your email inbox (please allow up to five minutes for the email to arrive, and check your spam folder!).
- Back in the KEEP app, enter the code provided in the email, and choose a new password.
