My KEEP isn't connecting to WiFi, what should I do?

WiFi playing hide and seek with your KEEP? Let's fix that!

  1. Start by completely closing the app
  2. Open the app again, sign in, then tap on the WiFi icon at the top of the home screen
  3. Enter your WiFi details manually, making sure it's a 2.4Ghz connection.

Still no luck? Let's try a reboot.

  1. Hold the button on the back near the power cord for 10 seconds or until the display turns off
  2. Wait for the device to restart (the display will turn back on once its ready)
  3. Give the first steps 1-3 another go.
