WiFi playing hide and seek with your KEEP? Let's fix that!
- Start by completely closing the app
- Open the app again, sign in, then tap on the WiFi icon at the top of the home screen
- Enter your WiFi details manually, making sure it's a 2.4Ghz connection and that the name and password are less than 20 characters long. (If they are longer, try connecting through your phone's hotspot first, then after your KEEP updates itself, you'll be able to connect via wifi).
Still no luck? Let's try a reboot.
- Hold the button on the back near the power cord for 10 seconds or until the display turns off
- Wait for the device to restart (the display will turn back on once its ready)
- Give the first steps 1-3 another go.
