If you're encountering any issues with your KEEP stalling, let's go through some troubleshooting steps together.
- First, please ensure that there isn't anything blocking the lid from opening or closing properly.
- If there's no obstruction, try rebooting your KEEP. Simply hold the button on the back for approximately 12 seconds or until the display turns off. Give it a couple of minutes to restart (the display will turn on when it's ready), and try operating your KEEP again.
- After rebooting, try the "Force open/close" button in the App.
