I got an error message, what should I do?

Encountering specific errors? Let's troubleshoot them:

  • Errors 1-4: Reboot your device by pressing the button on the back for 10 seconds or until the display turns off. Allow a few minutes for your device to restart. The display will turn back on when it's ready.
  • Error 8: Ensure you're using the provided power cord securely plugged into both the device and the wall outlet. If the error persists, reboot the device.
  • Error 16: Close the app completely, then reboot the device.
