My biometric login isn't working, what should I do?

If biometric login isn't working for you, don't worry! You may just need to reset it. Simply follow these steps to reset it and give it another try:

  1. Sign in to the app using your username and password.
  2. Locate the gear icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and tap on it.
  3. From there, select 'Account Settings.'
  4. Find the toggle next to 'Enable Biometrics' and move it to the left. This will turn off biometrics temporarily.
  5. Sign out of your account and then sign back in using your username and password.
  6. Once you're signed back in, navigate to 'Account Settings' again and turn on Biometrics by moving the toggle to the right.
