Having trouble connecting via Bluetooth? Let's troubleshoot together:
- Restart Bluetooth on your phone or even restart your phone entirely.
- If the issue persists, restart your KEEP by holding the button on the back for about 10 seconds or until the display turns off.
- Give it a couple of minutes to restart (the display will turn on when its ready)
- Try connecting via Bluetooth again.
Still no luck? try forgetting the device from your phones Bluetooth settings and trying again, or deleting the KEEP app and reinstalling it!
