I turned "Secure Mode" off, but the double tap to open feature isn't working.

Double tap feature isn't working? Your KEEP probably needs a firmware update. Try rebooting your KEEP by holding down the back button until the display turns completely off, then waiting for it to turn back on. When it does, try double-tapping again!
